I understand that the journey to parenthood can feel like a lonely, frustrating and overwhelming time. That’s why I have built my ‘Create’ package - a programme that will be there, right next to you, every step of the way.

This package provides emotional wellbeing support, the full Mind Body Baby fertility coaching approach, my cycle rebalancing system and mindful meditation guidance.

I want to do everything possible to prepare your mind and body for this new, long-awaited adventure. I want to support you as you grow a happy, healthy baby.

I thought it might help to understand how this has worked for a previous client.

Client Journey -Niamh

After trying to conceive for 3.5 years and sadly experiencing a pregnancy loss a year into this journey, Niamh got in touch to see how I could help. She was desperately trying to add to her family but struggling with irregular periods due to PCOS and since the birth of her daughter sometimes there could be 7 months between cycles so had to resort to taking Provera to trigger a bleed.

Having been referred to the fertility clinic, she had tried several rounds of Clomid without success, she had taken a break 9 months prior to coming to see me and now was looking at how else she could support her fertility, manage her PCOS and understand her cycle a little better in preparation for any further fertility treatment.

Creating a plan together…

Following our initial session, we agreed that out of my 6 pillars we would focus on 4; Move, Self Care, Connect and Mind.

Move

Although she was active and enjoyed walking and HIIT sessions, she began participating in my weekly move for fertility sessions of yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation. Not only did these sessions move the body in a way that supports fertility, but she also became part of community, connecting with others on a similar journey. It was also a relaxing end to the day and as they session are online, she could just head to bed straight after.

Self Care

TTC can be an incredibly stressful time, creating space to do things that nourish your mind, body and heart is the first step back to feeling calm and in control. Reminding ourselves of the importance of prioritising us, first we create space and time for you and this space is then ready to welcome a baby.

Connect

Learning more about our hormones and then how to listen and interpret the signs our body gives us, helps us build trust and appreciation for how amazing our bodies are. As Niamh’s last period was over 6 months ago, regulating her cycle wasn’t going to be a quick fix but with some support we hoped to rebalance her hormones and remind the body of what it should be doing at different stages of her cycle.

Mind

Our minds are always protecting us, keeping us away from anything that causes us pain. The emotional pain of trying to conceive and losing a pregnancy can created a mental block, with this emotional pain being held as stress in the body.

So it was important to get Niamh’s mind working with her, rebuilding trust in her body, supporting the healing from her loss and to build hope and belief that body could grow a healthy baby.

Our Sessions…

In total we had 16 sessions together, these sessions blended Fertility Coaching, Hypnotherapy and Reproflexology to create a fertile mindset, rebalancing the cycle and creating the optimal environment for the body to do what comes naturally.

It was also about Niamh finding her way back home to who she is, expanding life to be about her and not consumed by her fertility journey.

Creating new daily habits that support her to feel calm, in control and hopeful about the future. This included visualisation, mindset, hand reflexology, nourishing her body, supporting her gut health, prioritising sleep and self-care.

After 7 sessions we were able to see clear signs that her body had ovulated and then a couple of weeks later she had her first period in 8 months, without the need for medication. In her next cycle we again saw clear signs of ovulation and then her body truly showed just how amazing it was with a confirmed pregnancy.

Her consistency in following theses new habits and fully embracing the advice given, I believe created a fertile environment for her body to flourish. 

I asked Niamh to share her 3 biggest takeaways from our session, this is what she said…

  • Believe in yourself
  • Its good to feel good! To allow time for me and not to feel guilty about it.
  • Never give up hope.
