Eyes Wide Shut

Why the good girl doesn't get the baby.

For the woman who's done everything right

And is ready to stop performing perfect and be the mother her baby is waiting for.

So many women come to work with me only once they've exhausted every angle. I don't want you to waste another day trying it that way.

You know how to execute a plan. Give you the steps, the timeline, the protocol. You'll apply yourself with speed and precision until it's done. That's how you've built everything else in your life. Eyes on the prize. Dedicate yourself. Get it right.

It's worked. Right up until it hasn't.

You've researched excessively. You've cleaned every area of your life: diet, home, lifestyle, toxic load. You are doing all the right things.

And underneath all of it, there's an invisible wall around your heart.

You're already bracing for the next obstacle. The next negative test. It's actually all you let yourself expect now. Because the thought of opening your heart and having it shattered again feels unbearable. So you've managed it. Numbed it. Done it with so much skill that you can barely feel your own fertile frequency anymore. The fire in your womb. The aliveness of possibility. You're not even sure what that feels like, or if you've ever really felt it.

No one has told you: to hold a life in your body, you need to feel alive in it first.

Here's what you haven't let yourself see: the good girl served you well. She hit the deadline. Landed the promotion. Scaled the business to a certain point.

But she is the one keeping your baby at arm's length. And while she's still leading, your baby waits.

They're not rushing. They chose you. Not the one who crawls over the finish line, not the one who's got it all together, not the one still trying to prove she's enough. They chose the truest version of you. The one who isn't scared to feel. Isn't scared to say no. Isn't scared to want what she wants without apologizing for it.

The one who has stopped abandoning herself to be good.

What this workshop actually is

This is the door.

A pregnant woman standing softly, cradling her belly

Not another protocol. Not another thing to get right. Somewhere along the way, the good girl took her place in front of it, back against the wood, arms out, telling you to look elsewhere. Try harder. Do more. Fix your body, fix your timeline, fix yourself into someone worth choosing.

She wasn't wrong to do it. She was protecting something. But she's also the only thing standing between you and what's already been waiting on the other side. In this workshop, we go to the door.

Eyes wide shut

You stop looking for the answer out there

So you can feel what's true in here.

Heart open

You let the wall around your heart come down

Even though it's the most unbearable-feeling risk you'll take.

Womb on fire

The fire that's been banked gets room to burn again

Because it was never gone. Just guarded.

Because your baby was never on the other side of a finish line. They were behind a door you closed a long time ago, in a moment you decided it was safer to be less. And they have been waiting, patiently, for you to open it, not as the perfect version of yourself, but as the whole one.

Teshani's story

I had been following Amy for a couple of years, always curious because of our fertility struggles, but as a healthcare professional, I told myself I needed well-researched science before I'd commit to anything like this. I was so wrong, and so humbled.

We conceived our first child quickly, so nothing prepared me for how hard our second would be. Four years. Three losses. Each one took a part of me.

Between past trauma and a difficult birth and neonatal period with my son, my body was carrying so much, screaming for help. I saw counsellors, psychologists. I thought I was helping her. But I didn't feel like myself, and I'd accepted that as the new normal.

Like any Type A woman facing fertility struggles, I dove into research. Endless testing. Every lifestyle factor changed. Constant work on my mental health. I did everything right. I didn't leave a stone unturned. Or so I thought.

After my third loss, waiting to start assisted conception (because what else was left?), I was at an all-time low. I turned to Amy, 100% sceptical. She changed my perception in the space of one session. I worked with her for five weeks before I found out I was pregnant.

She helped me fall in love with the body that had protected me through so much. She showed me there was nothing wrong with her. She helped me connect with my body in a way I hadn't been able to in over 16 years. That was all I needed.

I wish I'd reached out sooner and saved myself so much time. Science can only take you so far: the rest is magic. And that's exactly what she helped me create: wonderful magic.

The door that matters most is the one inside you.

Considering assisted conception

That one is always the same door, regardless of the path.

If this already stung

If you read the title and felt yourself bristle (this feels like blame), congratulations. You've just seen a piece of what she's protecting.

That reflex, the instant reach for "I'm being blamed," is the good girl doing exactly what she does. Which means you're not behind. You're already one step ahead of most women in this room, because you've just met her.

This workshop is absolutely for you.

You already know how to work hard. This is different.
